Cancellation & Returns

Cancellation

   We understand that you ordering online need very cautious.Sometime maybe by mistake or will change your mind.our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our wigs need to make after customers play order in our website. Once the making process has begun,the hair materials cannot be reused.

   But Glad to tell you that after you place a order, there is still time to change your mind.Pleae read the cancellation policy below for details.

1. Orders cancelled within 24 hours after payment confirmed will be eligible for a full refund.
2. Orders cancelled 24-48 hours after payment confirmed will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 10% of the product purchase price.
3.Orders cancelled after 48 hours of payment confirmed will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost
4.Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

 

Returning & Replacement & Refund

Wigstide.com values highly of our customer's satisfaction. Your comments and feedback are very important for us. Our customer service team is always there to give you support. If there is any quality problems with the wigs, within 7 days after you received your package, you are free to apply for a partial refund reimbursement or apply for exchange.

  

For any items, if there is a quality problem , please upload some persuasive pictures or video. Once it is verified, you can send the item back to us (customer assumes the shipping cost) only after you get our permission, and we will give you the corresponding refund.

 

Conditions for refund/return/exchange

 

Items missed、damaged or in serious quality

Must contact us within 7 days after you received the package.

Customer must get the permission from us before return.

Items that are unaltered, undamaged, unused, and unwashed, in factory condition with all original tags, packaging and accessories.

 

Wigstide will issue a refund depending on the condition of the returned item. And conduct exchange if customer requires.(All the items will be sent to the quality inspection department after we received your return. If there is no quality problem. We will not handle the case).

Custom designed items made according to the photos provided by our customers

 

Items that are altered, used or washed.

 

Items that are made as the website described.

 

If the customers choose same wigs and want to return one( no quality problems ).

 

In addition, for cases that when the item customer receive have no quality problems at all, but the customer want to return just because they doesn't like it, then we are sorry to inform that Wigstide.com also has the right not to deal with it.
